Addendum to this, if you change or disconnect you window switches they will need to send a re-learn signal to the BCM, hold the switch in the down position for 1/2 second after the window is fully open and again when it has fully closed

Push the top of it down and ease it off

As the title I can't seem to get the a post inside trim off (to run a couple of wires) does it pull out of clips (it seems to be held very tight), what is the correct method, looked at the haynes manual, searched these forums nothing apparent. Stuck !!!!
