Are there any wireless adaptors that don’t require a wired connection to plug into?

Door pillar black stickers - I think they look ok
Winston_Woof replied to Prezafab's topic in Skoda Yeti
Its odd they left the factory with the A & C Pillars and rear blacked out to give the illusion of a floating roof but left the B pillars body coloured which then destroys the illusion. -

-

-
it's a pity smoking isn't so fashionable these days. Used to have a collection of tins like this that would be suitable
-
I'ld be surprised if it wasnt in the same place (or very close).

in reality how big is the "risk"? Yes we all know that there are various relay techniques available but equally there are techniques to get you in without need ing remote access to the key fob. I would say personally that for the majority of people with an average car then the biggest risk is a scrote with a brick or broken spark plug cap. Faraday pouch ain't going to help there (and yes I am of the opinion a lot of these things are marketing hype preying on irrational fears)

Retrofit phone cooling whilst using Android Auto
Winston_Woof replied to jensbakker's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk III (2014-2021)
I just have a phone holder mounted on the cooling vent so it gets "some" coolish air (yes Im aware that if i turn the heating up that will warm it but as I typically leave the temp set at 18c all year around then meh -

Is this navigation symbol normal?...
Winston_Woof replied to JFrankMiller's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk IV (2021 > )
I didn't think Waze (or other IOS/Android nav apps) output to the screen shown, was under the impression that was the built in **** nav only -
idle curiosity here. How difficult a process is it to import cars from the UK mainland onto the IOM?
-
This is also true
-
I've no idea if that works on my Superb 1.4TSi as I dont have the Eco|Normal|Sport selector option ;o)
