  1. Super resin by hand, topped with the wax you have will be a nice combo
  2. In answer to your question - yes it may well do, material dependent obviously. I use the supagard interior spray, bought from eBay or 303 as a backup.
  3. If you really want to change the colour, I'd personally go with a very light grey given the colour of the car - I'm thinking the same shade as a Porsche GT3 RS 4.0 http://www.shineondetail.com/images/1360.jpg
  4. If they're just lightly weathered the Final Shine part of 'the twins' on a microfibre should see you well
  5. Think you'll find they are both hybrids Chris
  6. I've only used fk1kp from Chris' lost above but that's the same as the collinite you already have! Zaino or Jeffs Werkstat would be my recommendations Happy sealing
  7. G-Techniq G5? If so great product for side windows, you won't be disappointed!
  8. You'll find the woolly mammoth gets even better after a few washes
  9. The first one on the basis it's got a higher GSM & has the same pile both sides.
  10. A microfibre & vinegar will work absolutely fine
  11. Vinegar or IPA (ISO propyl alcohol) should see you well & maybe some tar & glue remover depending on if there's adhesive still on the glass!?
  12. Tar & glue/adhesive remover, followed by a glass cleaner
  13. It's a re-labelling of G3 Glasscoat - so try googling application instructions for that
  14. Pity you didn't post this up last week as I'd have come to have a look at it. I've since found a Golf! GLWTS
  15. I'd recommend any of the 'coatings' for long term durability & ease of washing - g-Techniq, nano lex, cquartz etc. feel free to drop me a pm as I'm not far from you
  16. A pastry brush will see that clean in no time
  17. Yes, skoda touch up kit from a dealer is always the best bet for accurate colour match. Tightly roll a centimetre of masking tape then cut one end into a 'V' , then apply - much better than a cocktail stick as the paint clings to the tape.
  18. Yes, I do this every time. I've now found a great family garage in the sticks who don't mind me waiting about as they do x, y or z to the car. Additional bonus being that because they are in the middle of nowhere the cars come in dirty & they leave dirty as they don't own a pressure washer
  19. Lifeshine is a reasonable product providing the preparation & application is done correctly! Unfortunately 95% of the time it's not, hence why it has a bad reputation! I used to work at a high end dealership & have applied it (properly) a fair amount of times over 7yrs the 'Gloss Protection A' easily outlasts many boutique waxes in terms of durability - just don't expect miracles! the 'Glass Guard B' is a good glass sealant - not the most efficient at low speeds, working best at 50mph> but good durability. The 'Interior Protection C' is on a par with any other interior protection sprays. I always preferred the Supagard version for application as it was in aerosol form not a trigger sprayer so more accurate & even coating achieved. Obviously that doesn't affect you as you won't be applying it lol.
  20. Whereabouts are you based? Tax? Mot? Any damage to bodywork& wheels to note? Cheers
