Didn't get a chance to in the end. They did have some nice looking shiny bits on the stand though.

I got a missus like that too!! It's great to a point, but if I wasn't with her, I wouldn't have spent half as much money on the car as I have done!!

I shall try and get it sorted for tomorrow. It was actually the only picture I took as i left the camera in the car after that. Every time I took it out, it started to blooming rain!

You will indeed struggle to get 'loud' out of a diesel. I opted for the Milltek as it offers a slightly deeper note, but also great performance gains.

If I remember correctly, there was some kind of problem with the 1.4 16v with a sensor or something with the throttle. I can't remember the details, though I remember reading it in a long term test article in a magazine. (possibly auto express)

Still some nasty injuries, but it is great to hear that they are both going to be ok. Just goes to show the strength of a modern rally car.

Front and rear badges were knicked off my old 16v too about 2 years ago. Couldn't believe it when I came out to find them missing!!
