just had mine changed at 24k. its on an 02 plate 1.9 tdi must say i thought it was a bit soon but he shown me and they were worn.

i had a spoiler fitted by skoda and painted by skoda (all reciepted) does this come under warrenty. its on an 02 plate because in the corner of the spoiler the paint has got fine hairline cracks.

if you do get it re-painted. i suggest going to the pound shop and buying an umbrella, sellotape that to your roof and hey presto, no more bird $hit. how stupid, how do they expect you to keep shy of bird $****. screw em for all you can.

why not to a diesel? dont know owt about engines, just curious.

mines not the estate nor is it a vrs but ive had it lowered 40mm and some speed bumps are a very slow process. once even got stuck on a drop kerb. had to get out the car, missus and nephews aswell and push it off. sometimes wish i hadnt bothered, but then when i look, i think arr well. i like struggling. sorry for jabbering, no point to it either. do what you like mate.

buy a descreet spoiler for the top of the glass. i dont get any rain in my boot

ive got a spoiler on the top of the boot, might just be coinsidence but i dont get water pouring in.

think the fabia looks best out of the three. superb dont look to good.

get loads on fleebay, dead cheap as well.

you want to try driving my works transit. no joke, 0-60 in 49 seconds. flat road aswell. very nearly ran out of road. heap of $hit.

drive my brothers s2k quite often and it is in no way hard to drive. i find i can potter round town in third gear and when i need the power to overtake etc still in third, floor it and GRIN. wind it up to 8000 revs and again in forth and fifth then into sixth. you get what im trying to say. i love driving my own octy 1.9 tdi. but i love driving the s2k. its just a fun car.

ive got a spoiler fitted to the of my window, thinking about it now, that must stop all the rain coming in cos i never have that problem.

what engine is in that. i know im going against my grain, but that much nicer than any skoda on the market. looks best in red.

must agree, its nice (the new one) but theres something i cant quite put my finger on. its just not... ...better looking. never driven a new on though, so cant comment on the ride.

shows a picture in the sun news paper today of the new vrs and yes, thats definatly it. a touch dissapointed.
