Has anyone managed to do this on a late 14 reg, only as much as I try the bonnet lever will not budge and I'm worried about damaging something. I've now tried that much, there appears to be a small amount of play in the operation of the lever, but there is still not movement backwards or forwards, as though it's coming off the attachment. Think I might have to live without footwell lights!

I also deal only with Gordon lamb. I bought my 1st VRs from rainworth, but never again will they have a 1p of my money. My 2nd, 3rd and 4th VRs came from Gordon lamb, and have nothing but praise for them on sales and after sales. I even followed the sales manager from Chesterfield to Derby, because of the service he offers, respect he gives me and the common courtesy he treats me with. All of which are lacking at rainworth!

Thanks for the pictures, but how did you get the bonnet release lever off. I've tried pulling it, all be it not very hard, for fear of damaging it, but I can't get it to budge!Where about's are you.....don't suppose you'd fancy helping me fit mine?

Has anyone else managed to fit these, only I'm struggling. I can't get the bonnet release handle off, and can't really see an obvious place to route the cables through the carpet.

Mine was build week 20 and have just collected the car, arrived at the dealers yesterday, all the registration paperwork was already completed. Was it worth the 6mth wait..........oh yes!!

I wasn't planning on buying it on pcp, but if I'd get the free servicing I'd buy it on pcp and then pay it off straight away. Perhaps a bit late to worry about it, as I'm collecting my new car at 14.30 today.

Just checked with my dealer, and apparently the free servicing offer is not included on the vrs model......bugger!

Also been confirmed as week 20. Red tdi vrs hatch, with Sat nav, cruise control, heated full leather with red stitching, canton, colour maxidot, sunset glass, black pack and winter pack. I'm also hoping for the flat bottom steering wheel.

Tried to change my order and surprise surprise, its gone from a build week sometime in June to be being told today its being built next week, confirmed week 20. So not only can I not add anything to my order, I wont get the 2015 model and the flat bottom steering wheel, missed out by 2wks. I've also been told, I've got to MOT and tax my current car for approx. 2wks in June until my new car arrives, as they haven't got any courtesy cars to put me in at the end of the month for two weeks. Not happy :(

That's just what they quoted me on top of the cost of the options.

I asked if these could be added to my order, again placed in January and was told I would have to pay £440 due to the price increase. Did you have to pay this?

Don't know about in chesterfield, but in Mansfield there is a company called paintchip technique and they are very good and aren't excessively priced. They have done a few job for me on various cars and paint finishes, and never had a problem. http://www.paintchipmansfield.co.uk/

Could well be, mine was a June 2011. I'd get back to the dealer, mine is Gordon Lamb at chesterfield they were excellent!

Had a similar problem with mine, 2011 vrs, but it was lighting up the indicator and tyre pressure warning lights. Took it back to the dealer, who replaced the clocks, as apparently the backing was coming off, allowing the light to spill over.

That's why I've been looking at them, Ben at shark had a play about with my cars settings and I can't get led bulbs to work without the warning or using resistors, etc.
