Tech1e's post in Shaky engine, weird sound was marked as the answerThe shakey idle for the MPi is perfectly normal and well documented. However it sounds like your timing chain is up for replacement, this will help idle stability a bit.
The evap fault is unrelated. It could be the purge valve but equally the charcoal canister might be at the end of its useful life.

With CAN based wiring for the lights you can't just tap into the wiring.
