so are these actually duplicates of the same number for each contact or does every contact have say a landline number and mobile number. Have you set contacts in the phone with "default" numbers? I.e if you clicked on a contact on the phone the first number is always the one you set as default. This may bring the number you need to the top of the list shown each time. In my 2016 SEL with MIB 2 headunit, the voice control allows me to say 1or 2 to choose the number I want when a contact has multiple numbers. Is your Columbus so maybe it handles it differently?

The 2.0l is excellant to drive, lots of low down torque and my dsg returns 500+ miles per tank so it's quite econmical. I wise choice. Now hit superskoda.com for some tweaks to make it even better..boot lights are a must and check the bonet strut mod for the added grin factor. Enjoy.

Mirror "synchronous adjustment" can disabled or enabled in the Mirror settings in the Car Setup menu. This will stop both mirrors moving together when you move the right hand one. Then you can adjust each one separately by moving the switch to L or R. I expect the Seat Leon would have similar menus depending on the year model. This can be permenantly disabled using VCDS diagnostic software tool. I've not done it with my own VCDS but I expect it would remove the option from the Infotainment menus.

good plan, Nothing wrong with giving it a nice fresh drink of oil every year, keeps it sweet especially with your extra horse power you have under that hood (compared to mine...weep:-)) . I'm an oil burner and do 12-14k per anum and I'm sticking with a max of 10k oil change and 20k do the lot, air filter fuel filter etc. My last VW diesel I exactly that and it had done 185K when it got chucked in and broke down once in 12 years due to clutch pedal master cylinder leak, not an engine fault in sight in all that time and still pulled like the day i bought it.

My two pence worth, others will be along for sure. 1 : I'm in a 2016 SEL, so have not seen the menu structure in a VRS, so I might be corrected for your model, but press the furthest right button (sort of Return Arrow )on the MFSW (Multi function steering wheel) and use the right scroll wheel to get to DRIVING DATA, and release or press the scroll wheel (click) this will then hold that menu on the MAXI DOT screen in front of you, then scroll around that menu (some can be added and removed from the Infotainment CAR Button Settings pages) and again click this will then hold the data on the screen. on MPG pages, you can press the right scroll button to scroll through the data values such a Long Term MPG, Since refuel, Since start. 2: The lovely VW group decide, yes it can be changed from Variable (2 yr ) to Fixed 10K. What's your annual expected mileage? 3: Yes and no and been debated on here an awful lot. Inspection service, extended scope, they drag the hell out some parts changed unless you ask them to do it and they try and charge you extra bit of minefield in the dealerships. 4: Cannot comment 5: Cannot comment. 6: Now go out to the car in the dark and play with menu's whilst the other half wonders where the hell you've gone for several hours:-)

Thank you for you input much appreciated. I'm happy with it doing its thing as it needs to and am familiar with how often it happens so i wasn't worried about what i saw. Its Always worth knowing what things are doing when they were working normally. Might log it one day to see what the temps get too. Thanks

I have been checking my Octy mk3 DPF data. I took the first reading before and active Regen finished then after one completed as left it on the drive smelling of burning rubber until the revs dropped back to normal. There are no issues with the car so just for interest. 62k on the clock. I get a an "active regen" about every 300miles or so with my typical driving which seems normal from reading the thread in the mk3 forum. Am I looking at the correct AdV Measuring blocks or are there any others in this group to look at? Presume Soot Mass Calculated reduced due to the active regen? Is oil ash mass ok at around 21.4g? last service was at 58k. Thanks

I was looking into this but fortunately mine started working again. Quick search on you tube turned up a video of how to remove the air bag on the mk3. Turn steering wheel 90 degrees and use a mirror to see the hole and clips holding it onto steering wheel. Think you have to replace both sides as it's all one unit.
