New wheels for my Octavia Scout
Hi Rob, agree with you 100%. When I bought my Scout, I at first thought the wheels were "ok" but after 6 months they started to irritate me, I've always thought that, wheels make a car, did eventually change them.

Help buying discs and pads for MK3 estate
Hi, Carleton put some build codes up on his post which helped with the rear brakes, mine was 1KS 272mm. But on my build sticker I have no Z letters, which includes the extras in the boot, except 1Z1Z, apart from physically measuring, how do you find correct size of disc. Tried the coat hanger method (thanks to Roddersuk for that) but due to recent surgery couldn't do it.

Thinking of Powder coating my Rims...
Hi, all my rims that I've had done, have all been powder coated, it's an excellent way to go. Have been through many different colours with other cars, but have always come back to silver, I think its a classy colour and there are many silvers out there. Having said that, I was sitting in the car park the other day when a black car came by with black wheels, it looked really good. So that's my thoughts, you'll get others as well I'm sure.

Has anyone fitted H7 LED
Not an answer to the question, but I recently tried some HIDs and LED bulbs, yes they are brighter, but the problem I had was, with reflector headlights I had a criss cross pattern of light infront of me on the road, my eyes kept going to this pattern and I just couldn't get over it. Both returned for refund.

Accurate Tyre Pressure.
Recently pumped my tyres up with a foot pump,2.2bar(32psi), I then checked it with a gauge that's used to take pressure out, after towing, that gauge only showed 28psi in the tyre. What do people find to be the best for showing accurate pressure in a tyre?

Roomster requires some additions and help
Looking good, don't sell it if you don't have too. Got to admit, cruis control was the best thing I had on mine, think about getting it retro fitted. I still use Tom-tom on my Octavia.
