  1. To start isolating you need to make a note of road speed, engine speed, road surface and if there is any steering input , body roll etc at the time you hear the noise. Just remembered my Touran fractured an exhaust bracket which was situated almost under the handbrake area, it was a sod to reach with just ramps and settle back into place so didn't immediately look damaged. A mate and a spot of weld sorted that. Good luck.
  2. I've never had to deal with this issue so I'm not the person to give an opinion. Your next move depends on whether it was a private or dealer purchase - if it was from a garage I would be knocking on their door tomorrow morning
  3. ABS module failures are VERY expensive to resolve, I would find someone to scan your car with VCDS asap so you can ascertain whether someone has tried to cover up an expensive fault. On our 2007 Scout the TPMS button will 'bong' after the reset has been successfully performed.
  4. Turn your lights on, the screen goes dark automatically - so although the Roomie isn't can 2.0, there is some communication
  5. We have Amundsen + in our 2007 Roomster Scout, it works fine - the screen reacts to the light switch, the satnav works correctly. Only downside is having to switch it back on every 30 mins ... and that is a small inconvenience against an £80 relay?
  6. I fitted this item and found the voice problem persisted - I also noted that the cut-out for the microphone was on the passenger side. I wonder if this is a VCDS settings issue?
