  1. And anyone wanting to be even quicker. Ive got 2 consoles with new bushes pressed in sat in my garage! Just unbolt the old ones and bolt the new ones in!
  2. normal LED sidelight bulbs work fine on mine........no warnings
  3. but straight........ possibly better than a damaged one, alternatively get your damaged one repaired
  4. possible slight boost leak (most likely one of the older pipe joints)
  5. vRS mirrors all have the smaller connection. Choc block connector points to a repair job imo... could be wrong though but can't see that being the standard fitting from the factory
  6. to be fair, the sidewall load rating can be lower on winter tyres.....well unless you are planning on some high speed getaway driving in the snow!
  7. mine are same size as std tyres on another set of std alloys..... job done!
  8. undo 2 torx underneath, pop the glass off and remove the torx behind there too and it'll come off
  9. Skodaparts will sort you out, comes with everything you need and is the cheapest you will find it anyway tbh for a genuine kit (it's bickerton skoda sheffield so from a dealer anyway)
  10. You can't do it without wrecking the door card I'm afraid!
  11. I had similar negative experiences when enquiring about a part from him (small item) and he boasted to me about 'selling to ebay tits at double the price they would pay from the dealers'. He told me he looks how much they are new and adds a premium on because people don't look how much they are new. My advice is check skodaparts.co.uk for bits, or buy from anyone but him!
  12. I have that exact one and its as good as any other for basic fault code reading/clearing. Worth the money imo
  13. new coolant bottle will sort our problem. it's the sensor that is up the spout! Will get worse, especially when it gets cold. New one is only about £14 from eurocarparts and is easy to fit (you oly lose the coolant in the bottle if ou do it right)
  14. Exactly have just said, usually a firm belt with your fist/hand is enough
