It is obviously contagious. I have made the same observation. If you drive a hideous looking vehicle, why bring attention to yourself

Skoda fabia vrs 05 boot actuator
vr6 south replied to MV-IXIUS's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
They come as a complete unit. I purchased one a couple of years ago for about £40 if I remember correctly. -
Does the price inc delivery?

Symphony radio connects2 adapter
vr6 south replied to mjstokes85's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
You use the radio station channel select buttons, but with no display on the HU it is a bit of a stab in the dark as to what you get. The advance and return buttons allow you to forward or reverse tracks one at a time. I tend to use my Ipod on shuffle most of the time. -
Symphony radio connects2 adapter
vr6 south replied to mjstokes85's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
I have one of these installed. Works well and sound quality is as good as the limitations of the head unit. Downside is that it has limted means to select tracks and artists, this is best done via the Ipod itself. Allow some time for the install as it's all pretty tight for space. I would suggest dropping the glove box to do the job. -
Stick with the Fabia. The Mk3 Golf is aguably the worst Golf of all time. I have owned two including a GTI and felt no love for either of them. The Fabia is in a different league in my opinion.

Please put me on the list if this goes ahead. Best to PM me

I like the look of these. Does anyone have one fitted who could comment on how good they are?
-
Should we express our interest on this thread ? I don't go anywhere near Facebook

I am not receiving reply notifications to this topic. Could someone PM me if a group buy goes ahead

Me too. Group buy perhaps?

Would be good for fellow SE owners to know

Many thanks I thought that was the case. They should be cheaper then

Will these tires fit my VRS?
vr6 south replied to eddyrik123's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
Also very little noticable difference form 204 45 16 to 195 45 16's. -
A quick question - does the vRS have front brake pad wear sensors? A part number would be good if anyone has it to hand?
-
...............and to the OP: If you are real please give up driving and hand your keys to someone sensible who will suitably insure your car.
-
If I saved £200 they would be paying me Sorry to all those with high premiums, but sometimes being a bit older has it's advantages.
-
I believe this difference was introduced on later face lift models.
-
You can borrow mine if that's any help? I'm in Cowplain.

Aircon; compressors are not cheap to replace.

Cam belt

I would say that is top dollar. There seem to be quite a few SE's on the market. I agree with waiting for the right one to come along, It took me well over 6 months to find the right car. I paid much less than the asking price for the one at the link for mine 18 months ago when it had less than 40K on the clock with FSH. Patience is key

You should not tempt fate by saying that the spoiler has no laquer peel. It will happen eventually :( As a fellow low mileage SE owner I wish you good luck with the sale.

Key fob won't unlock car but will lock
vr6 south replied to k666sdb's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
The cheapest things to try first. Disconnect the battery for a short period and then reconnect = free Replace the battery in your key fob = Less than £1
