  4. dunno if this is in the right place but they are for octavia's so thought i would put them here found some flaking paint on both rear wheels yesterday so time for a change so just wondering what these are worth without tyres, as they are with flaking paint on 2 wheels or repaired still clean up like new, just a few stone chips and rear wheels flaking is all 5x100 i think they are 8.5j and fitted pretty flush i fitted 3mm spacers on front just to be on the safe side for the coilovers but they did fit without any help on pricing would be cool!
  5. when i fitted john's (VRS19TD) EGR delete i remember it being a right pain getting the original boost pipe over the EGR delete, had to warm the boost pipe right up in boiling water quickly dry and push on, then i suggested that john sort some different pipes here's Johns post of the pipes http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/255091-vrs19tds-fabia-vrs/?p=3356026 and here is the original thead of whats needed (well at least i think it is haha) http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/274533-top-boost-pipe-replacement-diy/ hope this helps!

  7. Looks good pete! Give me a text in the day tomorrow and i will find all the stickers you need at work like i said i would a little while ago and then forgot :( haha
  8. Or just cut the plug out and hard wire it, mk2 octavia's are common for the plug contacts playing about so skoda tell us to hard wire them with some really expensive pink crimp connectors although IMO silly for when you want to remove the seats but is one way round the connector situation
  9. Been a couple weeks since i last posted up so thought i best up date To start off.. Merry Christmas to everyone! Got a ECS Race N75 from member vrsnick90, great guy and sent it out super quick! packaged up so well that i struggled to get into it! lol got it fitted, wasn't too sure what to expect to be honest but what a difference it has made! and for £30 i cant complain! and got these today, the -0.5 degree worked well until fully loaded over bumps in the road the rear tyres still scrubbed so -1 degree it is! Will try to get these fitted on Saturday ready for my new forest trip for new year

  14. Sod off.. I know a nice place in crayford.. I may be a little biast living up the road but if people can get there easy lets try it!
  15. anyway, i finally decided to strip the gearbox down ready for the LSD i found bad things... and the cause... turns out it wasn't the release bearing had exploded (i thought the casing had exploded at the time, must have been how it looked in the first place ) anyway.. the diff.. so on the look out for a new box now as cant have my car off the road while i fit a diff the my gearbox :(
  16. indeed i was, had been a long and tiring day! haha
  17. well may as well keep this alive.. fitted the camber shims last friday, not really noticeable but i only did it to stop the tyres rubbing was out saturday night, bored so started taking photos haha
  18. I work for skoda and tried to get warranty its not about them being fitted at factory or not, skoda wont pay as its caused by a accessory rather than being the actual body work that causes it if that makes sense haha
  19. Getting the foam part and seat cover off the base is the easy part why not put the back foam and cover on with the little handle without the handle actually doing anything? So you dont actually swap the base over just the foam? Or if it gets too much swap the hole lote for mine i have no problems with that
  20. Nice start mate! Whats the dyno like to get on down there? Thinking of going myself soon! That evo lives on my estate just round the corner from me, bloke drives like a nutter! Haha
