I'd think about some advice of a legal nature, on the grounds of the dangerous state you're vehicle has been in. There must be something you can pursue. If you'd had an accident as a result of these bushes, it would have been pretty bad for them.

That's how i understand it too. My dealer said they cold hang on to the car for me, but it HAD to be registered within 10 days of delivery.

Regarding the warranty Shark, would something like brakes be included as something the map could affect? I'd assume that your ability to go faster would be arguable by Skoda as possibly stressing the components that make you stop. Just wondering...

How does it affect your warranty and insurance?

In the Golf do you have to lift the armrest each time you use the handbrake. I'm used to an armrest in the Megane and C4, but i haven't specced one in the Fabia. Worst option for me is those silly boxes under the seats. They're free on the C4 and i've never known what they're for. I hate clutter in a car and don't even use the door pockets.
