@Lee's post in Fabia rear view mirror glass was marked as the answer
6Y is MkI Fabia
5J is MkII Fabia
When looking for parts, you need the beginning of the number to start 6Y1 (the one denotes left hand drive) if you have a MkI Fabia.

@Lee's post in Skoda Fabia 1.2 HTP Classic 54, Where is the fuel filter? was marked as the answer
under the car, right hand side in front of the tank. I think it's a small in-line filter so you'll probably need to crimp the hoses.

@Lee's post in Replacing a crash bar was marked as the answer
AFAIK they're all the same as long as it's from a hatch. A saloon or Estate is different.
Part number 6Y6807305B

@Lee's post in Taillights with LED was marked as the answer
possibly but I have no experience of them
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/7225-BAZ15d-P21-4W-CANBUS-18-SMD-LED-Stop-Tail-bulbs-WHITE-/140731317520
Again you need to search for PY21/4(or 5)W LED. I'm having trouble finding any.
Maybe this seller? http://www.auto-lighting.co.uk/product-eng-4454-Led-Bulb-16W-HP-P21W-PY21W-P21-5W-P21-4W-with-lens-4-1-5W-2-5W-Cree-WHITE.html

@Lee's post in rear seat belts was marked as the answer
If they only have two rear seatbelts I'd suspect they are only type approved to carry four people (driver + 3 passengers). Adding a lapbelt to carry an additional passenger may invalidate your insurance.
Could be wrong, that's a guess though.

@Lee's post in Part number 800 941 802 - what is this? was marked as the answer
It's for pulling and replacing the fuses from the fuse panel.
Remove the fuse panel cover and you'll see it has a home

@Lee's post in Suspension help for MK1 Fabia Comfort was marked as the answer
This is all you need http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/ap-30mm-lowering-springs-shocks-suspension-kitbr-fabia-6y-12-14-14tdi-19tdi-19sdi-20-0100-p-5394.html
Got them on my 1.9TDi, better handling, subtle drop and retains the comfort and not at all harsh.
When replacing, check your rear bump stops, replace if necessary (they just push onto the rear shocks, the new fronts come with them) and check the front top mounts for excessive wear and also replace in need be.

@Lee's post in how do I get into my car was marked as the answer
press the unlock button twice. You can get one touch unlock enabled via VCDS. (perhaps even via MaxiDot?)

@Lee's post in Fabia 1.6tdi Oil Filter Housing tool? was marked as the answer
32mm hex IIRC. Don't use a double hex as they are more liable to slipping and as you say, don't use mole grips or an adjustable. You'll need the hex socket to torque it back up correctly.

@Lee's post in Bonnet release broken was marked as the answer
Opened!
1. Pull the bonnet release handle towards you to expose the under side.
2. Use a flat bladed screwdiver to release the retaining clip by pushing the end downwards.
3. Grip the handle between forefinger and thumb and pull to the left
4. Remove the plastic trim that surrounds the handle. It's in tight!
5. The detached cable should now be exposed. It's likely that the ball joint that's attached to the steel cable has broken(it was in my case)
6. If the steel wire isn't visible, you may need to cut the sheath, the steel reinforcing coil and the internal sheath to expose the steel cable. Be Careful!
7. Grab the steel wire with Mole grips and pull firmly down to 'pop' the bonnet.
Hey Presto!
I'll buy a new cable from TPS tomorrow (~£10) and hopefully continue this thread with a guide to refitting the new cable.

@Lee's post in Help needed.. CD stuck in my Bolero was marked as the answer
an old trick I used on the girlfriends front loading 6CD stereo in her Golf 5 when a CD was stuck was to insert two credit cards and try to 'capture' the CD between them as it was trying to eject them (you can hear it 'trying') after a few minutes of trying it worked and save her the € 1000 bill for a replacement. Worth a try maybe?
