  1. That guide was written to swap the whole strut. Why would need to remove the top bearing to do this if your swapping straight to coilovers?
  2. Guide? 1. Remove old filter 2. Take a new filter 3. Fill with new filter with diesel or Forte 4. Fit new filter to car 5. Start the car.
  3. So..... you loose nearly half your BHP and you feel it may be a bit slow? If your worried, do something about it.
  4. The SOT should be better than that, You can get these from any Armour Stockist although I am not sure which one I used. It was fine 99.5% of the time http://www.armourautomotive.uk.com/ The screen is probably best just to the left of the climate unit. The controls are best just behind the drivers windows control and the cables aer good hanging down under the stereo
  5. £555 for partial trim with not even real leather You can get a full leather retrim for less than that
  6. Or..... (And this is a revolutionary notion.....) How about you just stick to the speed limit? Then you have no need of anything like it.
  7. If you wanted to save a lot of cash... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270579178305&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT You could even get them refurbed with the red rim for far less than the new ones would could cost
  8. Works fine for me... and no the graph is for a standard 2.0 petrol......
  9. 170bhp? Check out the graph for the 2.0 Fabia
  10. You won't fit three seats in a row into a Roomy or very few other cars for that matter
  11. You realise these do absolutely nothing?
  12. Yep. Do a search on my username, I have tried it all at some point. If he has a common rail (CDTI) he is lying to you. They don't like Bio above about 25%, veg oil will be even less due to the viscosity and general chemical make up of it Proof if you beleive eveything on the internet you could get yourself into trouble. Yes the first diesels were made to run on "nut oil" ...over 100 years ago however your modern day PD/CR engines are far removed from that and it's really not that simple. Do a search and you will find enough info on it to make your head spin.
  13. If you have ESP, there is a button on the dash, if you don't it's an ASR button and if the light is on all the time you could have other issues and you need to get your codes read. Why you would want to get it turned off is a mystery, you need to get the issue fixed rather than stick a plaster over it. It's like using pit spray when you need a shower.
  14. My Roomster is on the second set of these. The Saab will be getting the to next, great tyres!
  15. It doesn't but it makes us all laugh. Hids in standard lenses are carp. The search will show you the light....
  16. RainX is cack. It's really bad I have never been so dissapointed in a product as much with the exception of possibly Aquapel or Ombrello Save yourself the hassle and either get a set of PIAA wipers or try the Lidl W5 stuff which works really well (Only costs about £4 if you can get it).
  17. Take it to a Nokia care point and see if they will do it while you wait
  18. Apple authorised service point http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1434
  19. Failing the credit check could be anything. I have seen sales consultants force fail customer CC's because there was no stock, they were rude when buying, lines were down, Network was being funny, you didn't take the one the promotion was on..... Yeah....happens all the time. Try a different retailer.
  20. Thanks for that, good thing I am not a hamfisted brute then!
  21. Yeah, ill just pop out and take some for you now Thats as good as it's going to get as I don't have time to convince detailing fanbois thats it's not a bad piece of kit. It's £12.99. For that money it does a reasonable job at applying polish/rubbing compound.
