  1. My Roomster is on the second set of these. The Saab will be getting the to next, great tyres!
  2. It doesn't but it makes us all laugh. Hids in standard lenses are carp. The search will show you the light....
  3. RainX is cack. It's really bad I have never been so dissapointed in a product as much with the exception of possibly Aquapel or Ombrello Save yourself the hassle and either get a set of PIAA wipers or try the Lidl W5 stuff which works really well (Only costs about £4 if you can get it).
  4. Take it to a Nokia care point and see if they will do it while you wait
  5. Apple authorised service point http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1434
  6. Failing the credit check could be anything. I have seen sales consultants force fail customer CC's because there was no stock, they were rude when buying, lines were down, Network was being funny, you didn't take the one the promotion was on..... Yeah....happens all the time. Try a different retailer.
  7. Thanks for that, good thing I am not a hamfisted brute then!
  8. Yeah, ill just pop out and take some for you now Thats as good as it's going to get as I don't have time to convince detailing fanbois thats it's not a bad piece of kit. It's £12.99. For that money it does a reasonable job at applying polish/rubbing compound.
  9. For the money, you can't go wrong TBH unless your a hamfisted brute. I bought one on a whim because I couldn't be Ar5ed doing the Saab by hand and I managed to go through rubbing compound, polish and wax in about an hour giving awesome results. You can get spare bonnets if you find a place that does the BlackSpur one (Which is the same)
  10. Jesus, they didn't waste any time!

    Dr Who

Damn right about her.... I just watched the lot, on iplayer. Seems about right. Damn she is hot....
  12. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201012355146791/sort/priceasc/usedcars/model/9-3/make/saab/radius/1500/postcode/np446ew/page/1/keywords/ttid?logcode=p Or http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201011354674504/sort/priceasc/usedcars/model/s40/make/volvo/postcode/np446ew/page/1/radius/1500/keywords/d5?logcode=p Before you say...."They are just Vauhalls and Fords..." take either for a test drive.... Also, althought these are saloons, the Sportwagon and V50 are pretty much the same crack
  13. Why? A Roomster will more than fit your needs. Remap it and it's quicker than a VRS too!
  14. Think about what it does. Then think about the MOT and the fact it doesn't test emmissions just smoke...
  15. So did my Fabia ...Apart from the redundant brake circuits, rear wheel steering, far nicer interior and far more kit as standard. I think it only shares about 40% of the parts with the Vectra (Although the engine and box in the TID is a big bit). The 150 will get 50 mpg easily and it's quicker than a VRS :peek: The 9-3 handles loads better than a Vectra C - courtesy of that rear wheel steering. Shame it eats tyres as a result too
  16. If it's a diesel it will look blacker than black hole after about 10 miles. Nature of the beast.
  17. AFAIK the Roomster was never offered with variable. I could be wrong though. Longlife oil is specified because because it has superceeded the spec of the standard PD oil and there is no point in having two oils when one will do. IIRC it's cheaper too. My Saab has 18k service intervals and uses cheap oil too. It can even tell me when the quality of the oil gets poor enough to be a concern :p
  18. No app is essential. It's a phone not a dialysis machine. If you want tip, the best one would have to be...... Don't drop it.
  19. They are migrating to another proposition, In car is a marginal business and it needs to change around a bit.
  20. You won't get a much better solution than the Parrot TBH, it's easy enough to do yourself though perhaps you should consider it. You will need good luck in getting a CPW installer in the next month as three of them have just "moved on"...
  21. No DPF's have been fitted to 1.9 Roomsters.
