Featured Replies

I have just received my transport for the near future (due to recent incident mentioned elsewhere on this forum)

I got a Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 :D

do ya reckon they would mind if I put a massive exhaust on it and a crap bodykit + Neons :D Then I could hang around McDonalds car park with all the other chav's.

when's the next conedodgers event ;)

Jon's been influencing you hasn't he? :D

Sorry about the bad news. It could of been worse....................infact no it couldn't

Did you get a free copy of Fast Car with it :D

Max Flower sunstrip?

I had the misfortune of being given one on hire last year in greece. Specifically asked for a saxon too, to take on the local barrio boys. Was well disappointed!

The corsa wasn't that old,but had been well ragged...no it hadn't..impossible!

Biggest heap of manure I've ever had the misfortune to.....well, sort of drive

The air con was the only redeeming feature, and that was only because it worked.

Sorry to haer your bad news Dan P. Hope things are sorted soon.

If the corset is too painful, can't u ask em for a mountain bike? Keep u fit, more street cred, and possibly quicker too :D

I was trying to get the car rental people to put huge stickers on the car so everyone would know that its a hire car. unfurtunately cos its from enterprise its only got a tiny little "e" on the back.

I can just about handle having to drive it (ok maybe not), but the thought of people thinking I may have chosen it and handed over 8 grand

have taken to driving wearing a false beard and dark glasses :D

Eurgh, Corsa!

Had an Opel Corsa as a hire car in Spain a couple of years ago - nasty little thing. :( Struggled to climb anything steeper than a billiard table, and didn't so much steer as answer to the helm....

In the distant past we had a red 1.2-8v Corsa which was not a bad little car (ok I was young and naive ;)) and was reasonably economical - probably because it had no "power" anything. Unfortunately, it met its end on the M1 when a nice Portugese lorry driver (36 or 40T artic) pulled into it while overtaking, without looking in his mirrors. Car suffered damage to every panel, courtesy of the lorry and the armco, and was written off but passenger cell was remarkably in tact and my other half walked away from it.

Oh, and the icing on the cake was that the police couldn't prosecute him because he was foreign and we had to pay the MIB for the pleasure of claiming off his insurance
