Really sorry I didn;t get to this - I even put the new rear tyres on the Mazda on Friday to make sure it was road legal, and also added some new chrome rubbing strips on the doors as well to tart it up.

Unfortunately when I got home my youngest wasn't 100% so had to give the meet a miss.

Anyhoo - we were back at the childrens hospital today and she's been given the all-clear so definitely up for the next meet!

Hey least your little'un is fine which is far more important.

Is there not a pub in spitting distance from the motorway anywhere near J33 Parkway/Rotherham?

Oooh - theres a pub just off there with a big car park - on PLeasley Rd - can't remember the name of it though. Junction 33 towards Rotherham, right at the roundabout and then rigt at the next lights and it's on the left. I think it's the Sitwell Arms at Whiston????

A location i can think of on the south side of Sheffield is Moorlands pub @ Owler Bar.... It's not near the motorway etc.... but has a large car park, play area inside for the kids and is an excellent starting point for a run out to Chatsworth, Bakewell, Matlock Bath etc..... after we've chatted and eaten.
