Thats my current method. Never let me down  Just thought instead of spending time on car forums I could spend some time on job related (ish) forums.

Well, set yourself a google account up if you dont already have one, set your homepage to be igoogle, and add some widgets.

I currently have 3 tabs.. the main page which is my gmail, clock/google calendar (which is synced with both my personal outlook and work outlook) and a couple of choice things like daily dilbert and word of the day.

2nd tab is "news" which i have rss feeds for the news sites i read, slashdot, el reg, engadget etc.

3rd tab is work related... mainly SCOM stuff at the mo.

I have google reader on that, subscribed to a load of blogs on various subjects. Google groups, which are mostly microsoft newsgroup subscriptions and google bookmarks, which again, organised into catagorys.

msexchange.org is a good exchange resource...

as said above, i tend to use google.. and if i come across a useful site, i bookmark it or stick the feeds into google reader, and then spend time reading the new articles when im bored at work :D

mysexchange.org is a good sexchange resource...
