I was having a wonder aound hastings this afternoon and right in the town centre there was a display of new cars vauxhall's, nissan's, toyata's and also fiat and check out the 500 police car :D

Love the 500. My local dealer's got a few in the showroom and they're damn funky.

did you ask them what mods theve done and recommend any tuning companies. i suggest a shopping trolley handle on the back to give them a push start.

There's a couple of 500's running around here. I think they look fantastic. I reckon they're the closest modern equivalent to the original Mini. I.e., funky, good looking and actually cheap unlike the BMW half series.

No idea what they're like to drive though.

Technically it is a panda just different body panels .

Will be interesting to see it working, suppose no worse that the fabia 1.2's I have seen, just a bit more style

my dad bought one of these things when they were released (without the police graphics)

sits in the driveway along with the rest his cars that barely turn a wheel.

think he regrets buying it though as he said it wasnt very nice to drive, maybe teach him to take a test drive when buying his next one.

personally i hate all fiat cars.

No, no, noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :eek:. Still it can't be as bad as the Nissan Micra I saw in West Malling a few years ago. All marked up, blue lights and the poor plod inside with his collar up round his ears.

I gave him the "poor bugger" look, he gave a look is if to say " hellllllllpp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
