URGENT!...Felicia crash sensor location????

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me where the crash sensor is located on an N reg felicia?

From what I can tell from the Haynes manual, the impact sensors are integrated into the airbag control unit.

how do i reset it?

Haynes manual doesn't say much else and helpfully says to refer any faults to a Skoda dealer. Hopefully someone who knows more about air bags will drop by soon.

The sensors on the airbag controller can't be reset as such, but you'll know if they think the car has crashed, by the deployed airbag! ;)

The sensor which can be reset is a shock isolator for the electric fuel pump, which is a big hint as to where it is on most cars.

The airbag crash sensor cannot be reset on a Felicia, the airbag ECU must be changed.

We have had a look at the fuel pump which i presume is on the petrol tank and cannot see a switch ..Any ideas?
