I am now the new owner of this car and he was a genuine guy, the log book says one previous owner when i get the v5 back it will now have 2 previous owners, The car is spot on the interior and the bodywork look new ive looked at a few 04 vrs and this is the best one ive seen, got it for 6k which i thought was a good price, he was a memeber on this site and he was really gutted to see her go!!!!

The reason I ask about Fabia vRS's I'm considering buying on here is people on here will be able to spot potential problems with a car better than I can as they have more experience with Fabia's than I do. Also as I said in another thread I asked the seller plenty of questions about the car and always got satisfactory answers.

I was being cautious about the car because it's a good 4 hours away from me and needed to make sure it was good before I could justify going up to see it. It's come to point now in South Wales that all the vRS's either have very high mileages, way overpriced (especially dealers who wont budge at all on the price), or absolute sheds. I saw one with 16k on it and you could swear it had done 90k and it was in a garage not private.

It's come to the point now that I'm going to have to travel "over the bridge" to get a vRS so I'm either going to have to know the car is perfect before I go there or make a day of it and see several.

Also 6k for this car was a good price. Well done with the car and hope you enjoy it.
