hey i would attempt to sort this myself but i dont want to brake anything and the manuel is in the post.

i have a felicia 1996 p reg, doesnt have all the fancy stuff like power steering and electric windows. (only had it a day now)

basically there doesnt seem to be any power going to the cig lighter at the moment, im guessing that it is a fuse problem? i would have a look at the fuses but i cant seem to get the fuse box open (in the passenger side foot well?) i dont want to force it too much and brake it.

also while im here, as standard what does this car normally come with? ive looked on a thread and the person mentions that it doesnt come with a radio and doesnt have the speakers etc, my car has a cd player fitted and the speakers look like theyre meant to be there, possible they were standard?

The fusebox should be held at the front of it with something that unscrews (it's usually a big round plastic thing you can easily grab hold of) it should then flap down.

What the car ordinarily came with depends on trim level.

Could be wrong but I think (from lowest to highest spec) there's LXi, GLXi, and SLXi.

iirc the cig lighter and radio come off the same fuse :rubchin:

Fusebox is on the left hand side with a round thing you need you turn then that will pop the fusebox down.

Speakers are 13cm in the doors.

Mine came with a sunroof, PAS and elec mirrors. I had my own fitted anyway.

I think there's L, LXi and GLXi then SLXi might have been a GL with the 1.9D engine.

this may be a stupid question, but is there a guide anywhere that tells you which fuse goes to what?

and after getting behind the cig lighter i found that it isnt even connected, i cant find the connector anywhere behind there, any ideas on what next?

im guessing i will have to buy a connector for the lighter and wire it up into any 12v round there?
