what next?

Featured Replies

well basically ive a small list of things i want to do to my 1996 felicia LX, first thing is fix the cig lighter (another post) then fit more/better speakers. after that i cant really think of anything worth doing, anybody any practical suggestions?

What are you hoping to achieve with the end result? :)

Better performance? Nicer sounding exhaust?

Don't worry, the car will tell you, what must be done next, really soon :D

well firstly, as i love my gadgets i think i want to work on the inside, entertainment etc then performance, if its worth doing :)

If you're going to fit better speakers then go the whole hog and change the stereo too.

I changed the front speakers on mine (standard 13cm ones), fitted another set of 13cm speakers to my parcel shelf and my uncle gave me his 12CD changer from his old Cavalier.

Hardly groundbreaking but certainly improved the sound quality.

I haven't made any performance mods on mine though. But a more practical suggestion would be grease the brake pipes. I had that done in 2006 and they def need replacing now.

i'm going to put a 50X4 Pioneer Radio, replaces front speakers and added 2 rear speaker, all 5¼ 25watts 8ohm with 4 tweeters, fitted with crossovers, and also added an Commander IV Amp/EQ for the subwoofer, the car will sound like a disco, thing i would like to do after that is replace headlight, front grill, add air scoop hood add 16" rimms change front and rear bumpers, put seat covers, ad side squirts and custom graphics with vinyl, if you like my ideas, go ahead
