oooo shiny! mines getting the same treatment this weekend. cleaned the seats last weekend (no longer brown!), next it's polish time!

Do you use liquid wax or hard wax? I've always used Auto Glym liquid wax stuff with good results, but I'm thinking of trying some more hardcore stuff out....

That was a combination of Meguiars Gold Class Wash followed by Meguiars Gold Class Wax Paste (Not Liquid) with Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection over the top.

Big fan of autoglym but there shampoo is poo, worst i ever used.

Want to get my hands on the new DODO range of products out there now but they a tad on the costly side so will stick with Meguiars and Autoglym for the time being, hey if it aint broke dont fix it right!

If you can splash the cash try Autoglyms new High Def Wax . . . . should be coolio but costly. Its a Hard wax so can imagine it being a pain in the perverbeal to get on and off.

Cheers for the info Richie.

I'm a bit of an Autoglym hoare! So I have the polish, shampoo, glass polish, rubber/vinyl care and s****y shammy leather, which is actually awesome as shammies go!

But yeah i agree about the shampoo, ive actually switched to turtle wax shampoo cos i found it to be better. I'll try out Meguiars stuff, that paste sounds good.

A car can never be too shiny!

I used to be the same Autoglym everything but then got a few Meguiars samples and hey presto, converted.

Still use glass polish, vinyl and rubber car, bumper care and there Aqua dry shammies are superb as far as shammys go.

Meguiars polishes would highly reccomend as well as there endurance tyre shine

Good luck, post some pics of yours when you cleaned it

Autoglym is good stuff :orb_raisi

what are you using to clean the seats as I am having trouble getting my clean:confused:

Vanish spray works good on the white / silver bits

Use warm soapy water on the black leathery bits (just a damp cloth, don't drown them in water)

Carpets can be cleaned with proper carpet shampoo and one of those portable carpet cleaner machines.

i'am not joking but i give mine a wash drive it like i stole it (gets it nice and dry) then polish with mr sheen anti static including all rubber parts and glass, takes about 25mins tops. save money and time give it ago.

:orb_no_no not for my octy lol

he gets what he deserves ....... lol or at least as close to what he deserves with what i can afford :orb_laugh

stop showing off!!!(no only joking i could shave in that reflection) very nice..

Good job! Going to clean my tonight. Clay, polish and wax.

Heres mine as a bit of a contrast.

I'm quite proud of her considering its only a weeks motoring:D

What i did:

1. drive down muddy road several times

2. Add a good covering of pig poo.

3. leave to dry for a week and admire your work .
