should have mentioned its a black mk1 vrs , thanks for all the welcome replies I feel at home already lol

any advice on mods i have a few on my mind:

carbonio intake

forge dv

lcr splitter

some decent wheels ( for some reason mine has 16" rims on it)

also would it be possible to use the cd changer with an aftermarket headset, was thinking of installing a dvd player single din.

thanks guys

carbonio intake + forge 007 dv

Do It, Awesome sound

lcr splitter

I would love one, but I would kill it, great look to the motor

some decent wheels ( for some reason mine has 16" rims on it)

Early ones had 16's mate, just stay VAG OEM in my eyes

also would it be possible to use the cd changer with an aftermarket headset, was thinking of installing a dvd player single din.

Can only use the device with VAG OEM Audio. Just get an MP3 unit

I want to sell my wheels but for some reason I cant post in that section , can someone help me out a little please.

To advertise an item for sale you need to become a freedom member, details are in the freedom link at the top of every page.

Just a point on the wheels, I think I know whats happened at some point in the past.

From launch date in the UK, the vRS hatch had 17" wheels. I used to own one of the first registered in the UK and it was on 17s. Later they released the estate, and this had 16s on it. I can summise having seen it done, that in order to sell an estate the selling dealer switched the wheels thus making the estate more saleable. There is one exception to this though, and thats the early press cars, these had 16s on them when brought into the UK. They would be somewhere around March 2001 on a Y plate ending in RVV (Yxxx RVV).
