You could have a leaf or some other obstruction.

Mine is quiet as a mouse

Clean out/replace the cabin airfilter and see if that doesn't sort it.

Do a search on "pollen filter" on here as well.

The rattle is something I will let the dealer sort out, as it's under warranty. What I wanted to know was if the whining noise is normal, or something else that needs checking out
