I check the wiring but all is ok and 22 awd was read with vagcom -> CAN signal is ok.....

Sounds like the Cu is faulty, done quite a few for non communication faults.

My 4X4's Haledex ECU was changed under warranty 4 years ago with the revised part number 02D 900 554 D. A number of other 4X4 owners here have had Haldex ECUs showing checksum errors.
