Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone can help! I have a 1999 pre facelift Octy, and the front spoiler is hanging down, I had a little accident involving a curb in a parking space earlier this year.

Its basically bowing in the middle, and its really getting on my nerves now cos its touching down alot on the slightest of bumps/ramps etc. And I keep thinking I am gonna rip the whole bumper off as I drive down some green lanes in the car too.

Any ideas how to reattach it?

I didn't think any Octy other than a vRS had a separate spoiler? (and I'm not sure about the vRS). It might be possible to reclip an undertray from beneath the car. Try a quiet exhaust place.

Well I call it a spoiler, the grey plastic thing stuck to the underside of the bumper?

That means I'm gonna have to do a bodge then! :(

Also I've noticed my aftermarket exhaust is touching down to make matters worse!

I just stuck a screw through the middle of mine up into some body work - make sure you miss the radiator though!
