you dirty cow

All that mud makes me sad :(

Good pictures though.

Nice mate. But to HDR them you need to take 3 shots from exactly the same place and one needs to be under exposed, one needs to be over exposed and the other needs to be a normal exposed shot.

then they will turn out like this

/\ yeah you can do it from one pic aswell im sure

I've had it done before

Some fancy editing software

In a pinch you could do it in lightroom by pushing and pulling the exposure and saving copies of some underexposed, some over an some properly exposed shots and then using those to create your hdr - wouldn't be the best way though and won't give you the best results but as said it can be done. For best results using that method you would be best to use the uncompressed RAW files if your camera is able to shoot in RAW?

Duno mate, im not into photography, i just push the button.

Just when i posted up a pic a while back someone HDR'd it for me

Get yourself a free copy of Photomatix, with that you can HDR 1 picture... I'd do it for you but I never tried it in the past...

You could at least have given it a wash......shocking.

Looking good though.

I gave it a try, my first ever HDR...

Me neither, evendough I followed the instructions in the tutorial wich comes with the program, it tells you there what you have to do to HDR only 1 pic but at the end I got fed up with it and used photoshop instead :D

I dont have PS :thumbdwn:

In this case means further manipulation, the picture now looks more like it was taken with a blue filter attached to the lens of the camera, it has a slight HDR feel but not enough for me, but maybe that`s just me, ps I like the fact that your car now looks clean

The heck with the tutorials, here, this time in photomatix, you can do it the traditional way, take the original photo and adjust the brigthnes till it looks under exposed and save it as a new jpg, again and make it look over exposed save it as a new jpg then bring the 3 jpgs (the original, under exposed and over exposed one in photomatix from the generate menu) when it finishes batching them together you'll get a dark picture, play around in tone mapping with it and you should get something like this....

/\ very cool mate, i tried to do that :(

At first the program said it cannot read the exposures from the pics and some bla bla , just let the program know you don`t give a flying "duck" about what he thinks of your method and you should make it, if I'm right you can also set the exposures manually in photomatix right after you click ok to generate, a new window will pop up and you can set there the exposures +1 for the first 0 for the second and -1 for the third picture then tone map the generated pic till your satisfied with it

Is it just me who thinks it ruins the photo when people leave their wheels sticking out like that????

^ you arent alone

I like it with the face of the wheel angled slightly in towards to the arch
