How do you change the stop lamp on a 55 plate Caddy? Just looked at the brother in laws van and can't see how you remove the light cluster.

Just back from b.i.l. all sorted, all you do is lever/pull the black trim out and undo the two screws and the cluster comes out, easy once you've worked it out.

Glad you got it sorted Chris, not like the old days of pull a couple of clips and change bulb and the reverse of before.

I can bet it says in the handbook to take to your local vw dealer as well.

I also posted it on vwaudi forum, I looked there for a solution first, but the only reference to this problem was a poor soul with the same problem.

Same as the Touran, could have helped but a bit late now.
