octavia vrs problem

[email protected]. Hi Ihave a skoda octavia vrs 51plate and the accelerator has stopped working. I have connected a diagnostics on it and got a new throttle pedal as that was the fault showing up but no joy. when you press the break and then release the car revs up. to stop the reving press the break. skoda had the car for 3 weeks and couldnt sort it. they thought it could be the engine ecu but couldnt guarantee it would sort in. there price was £855 to supply and fit. to much to gamble on. there not a great dealership obviously. Oh and one more thing If i put the original pedal it doesnt accelerate with the pedal or after pressing the break.could anyone please help me or have any suggestions for the best thing to do or who to take it to. Ilive in high wycombe bucks.
