Featured Replies

what are the time that Servicing is needed as some one said i should have taken it back at a 1000 miles which i thought it was 10,000 miles or 12months which ever come first

and can i pay a set amount for the 3 years Servicing or do i have to pay each time it goes in or is there any deals

10k or 12 months for the Roomster.

Best ask your dealer about servicing packs.

There used to be an oil change at 1k miles on new cars but that went out years ago, nowadays the car will do the full 10k or 12months (whichever is sooner) before needing its first service...

As regards paying for servicing, unless you struck a deal with the garage when you bought it you will pay for the servicing as and when you need it... I supose you could try going to them and see if they'll give you anything off for offering to pay upfront for 3 years worth, but with the current financial climate in the car market I'd be wary about giving them money for something which would take place in 3 years time... they may not be around then!

VAG Finance offers a monthly payment scheme for service, service and parts, or service parts and tyres. Your dealer should have info.
