Pay backs a bitch

Featured Replies

Was out in the VRS today, when some stupid bint comes off the M9 junction with Queensferry road, and pulls right out in front of me. Contained my displeasure to a flash of main beam and a shake of the head.

Three miles further on I am still behind her, with three more cars in front of her. Leading car decides it's going to turn right, indicates and brakes, second car (following too close) has to pile on the brakes, as does the third car, as does the dippy bint, but oooops, too late, crunch  Old S plate pug with no ABS, lots of tyre smoke and then breaking glass. No injuries thankfully, and I was three seconds behind the lot of them, so stopped with yards to spare.

Where do these people get their license :D

Is prob a good think she jumped in front of you really, not sure I would like to have her driving behind me :rofl:

Yes that crossed my mind when I saw the flying glass.

 Just deserts.

Must be hard being a perfect driver. I could never manage it. :o

It's just a bit of schadenfreude, I don't think the OP was holding himself up as a beacon of driving excellence!

It's just a bit of schadenfreude,

There seems to be quite a lot of that going. A growing number of individuals who seem to gloat at the misery of others. What sort of people(loose term) are we all turning in to.

Sorry just my opinion.

No gloating intended, just a general observation that out of two maneuvers the driver had to make, one was a near miss, the other a direct hit. I don't claim to be a perfect driver either, but the advanced driving course in a previous job has kept me out of trouble 99% of the time

Another possibility is that she made one slight mistake, and then she watched the rear-view mirror too much instead of the road ahead, scared of what the road-raging psychopath who had flashed her was going to do next. ;)

Honest I didn't stop and go

Very glad it was only a minor shunt, and would prefer if she had stopped in time, if only to save the other driver all the hassle.

Surely a "near miss" is actually a hit....they nearly missed, meaning they nearly didn't hit it, they did. :)

Sounds like it could have been alot worse, lets hope the driver is ok but learnt a lesson.

:rubchin:

No gloating intended obviously.

You mean my comprehensive school german teacher was wrong?
