Wow has anyone seen the new Polo fun/Dune car, It would be great if we got a Skoda Variant, or how about a Fabia Harlequin with all different coloured panels?

Hmmm. Does mr Magoo drive that polo on the right? I think its bad enough when someone just puts a different coloured bonnet on a car. :D

The first one reminds me of the Rover 25 offroad lookalike thingy and the other was sold about 10 years back to blind drivers.

Polo Dune is just horrible I can't see the attraction in buying a car like that :thumbdwn: Polo Harlequin is kind of cool :)

Wonder what colour DVLA lists for the Harlequin?

I can just imagine the head-scratching that caused at Swansea :D

All of them :)

Citroen have also brought out a soft roader like these, based on the C3. Looks pretty gross to me.

Saw one of those polo things a couple of weeks ago driving through Chester. Fully expected to see some young hey look at me aren't I  type geek driving it.

 female ,approx 75

Theres a Polo Dune just around the corner from me, very odd looking but kinda funky...if a little pointless. Another car made for no reason what so ever like the Touran.

What is the point of "offroad" looks and 2wd?? All the disadvantages (higher centre of gravity etc) and none of the advantages (4wd traction).

They're not going for "offroad" looks...they're going for "tough urban vehicle" - which means you get a high vantage point for seeing round all the MPVs, and plastic bumpers which polish out easily when someone scrapes them in a car park...

Yes, I think Polo Harlequins were sold to blind drivers, lol, it looks like an old banger that has crashed in many places and been replaced with different color panels! As for the Polo Fun, well It's this "Tough urban mum" Crap, like American women who have SUV's with 7 seats, only they have no children, no pets and no husband, Just because it makes them more comfortable to say "Mines Bigger", and they say men are size obsessed!

If all the manufacturers keep raising the height of their models, the only way to see over the traffic, would be to put the driver on the top deck of a double decker bus.

Didn't VW also offer a set of Ronal Alloys shaped like Teddy Bears ???, wonder if they'd fit the Fabia

theres some lass round the corner from me has those bear alloys on her mk3 golf.. :D

nobody belived me until i showed them!!
