vRS rear door cards do not fit in an estate. I am going to get all 4 retrimmed in leather soon

Almost certainly by Transcal. They did my Furby and the panel design is identical. See MING's Fabia vRS in member's cars for pics.

Definitely not Seat Surgeons.

Thinking back to when they did mine, I'm pretty sure your seats were the very ones shown in Transcal's brochure.
