Hahaha good point well made! I did have a soft spot for the 205 and the 206. Even the 306 wasn't too bad, and the 405 but all the modern boss eyed basking shark styling is just hideous!

Yep, they certainly seem to have got lost in the wilderness

What on earth is that!

Oh dear..

Love it, looks great......

No, not really, it looks like the ******* love child of a nissan quashqai and a 307 that hit every branch on the ugly tree on the way down, before the tree fell on it.

Hopefully for peugot it will look much better in other colours.

Car of the Year

Took the words right of my mouth! It does have a hint of Nissan about it!!

I quite like the 207, but the older pugs rocked ie 205gti and the 306 but not so keen on this.

A lot of manufacturers seem to be going for the big-wheeled-moon-rover-bubble-car look atm. Saying that though, I think it looks better than the Renaults, especially that fat a$$ed megane. Not the brand new one, the slightly older wedge one, come to think of it, the espace too, yuck!

I don't think it looks that bad - more that all new cars at the moment look rubbish... :o

Looks a lot better inside than it does out. Some of the switch gear looks pretty cool.

I like the heads up display in the windscreen - or am I just weird???

Think yourself lucky  I have to work on them :thumbdwn:

Phil

I didn't think it looked too bad, seen a lot worse on our roads!

That said, I wouldn't buy one :o

To be fair, there are rules on how pedestrian friendly etc cars have to be, and that impacts the shape as well. I was toying with the idea of electrically powered rear wheels at some stage, cost was insane so did not go through with it but a nice concept, probably very suited for small engined petrols as well :)

That baby should have been aborted :(

What is the point of the car?

Is it meant to be a 4x4 jobby or a mini MPV?

it is only 4x4 coz it has electrically powered rear wheels. It actually makes a lot of sense that configuration. It wont be able to do what a 'real' 4x4 could though :)

Nasty. Who buys Peugeots?

Ugly, crap drive, badly made and expensive :ignore:

Much better

Not at all keen on that 308 though.

The Renault Laguna Coupe looks stunning though - so the French can make a lovely looking car! :)

Mrs Stig, till she saw the light..................

My dad has a 207 but not sure if he is keen on it anymore!

What is car going to replace? the 308 by any chance?

It doesn't look all that bad to me.

It's not hideous like some of you seem to make out

Sorry but it's Fugly. Actually I can't think of any of the quasi 4x4 / MPV type vehicles like this that actually look good, the proportions are all wrong.

(goes off to search google images...)

I quite like it from the a pillar back.
