this is what im going to do sorry for copying you but you car is a master piece

anychance of some part numbers on the item?

Right Guys i've dug out the invoice from audi for the parts needed to do this so they are as follows

8L9103928B01C cover

8N0103531 screw

8N0103954 bush

8N0103946A bracket

N90168604 speed nut

total price was £81.52 but prices may be different as my invoice was 02/07

but please confirm with dealer or etka before ordering, also to do this properly you need the bigger 5L washer bottle as the standard bottle doesn't line up with the opening or you can do as i did which is a bit of a bodge but i repositioned bottle with a bit of metal bracket as its hidden under the cover anyway

and westallc your not copying me,your just carrying out a modification which i'm sure has been done by many people before :D

hope this information helps

£81 ouch, wow that's alot for a piece of plastic

I was tempted but not at those prices. They have probably gone up now too, I reckon you'd be looking at over £90 for the whole lot :(
