Black grill

Featured Replies

Found this nice looking Fabia on www.skodacommunity.de website. Does anyone know where this grill could be bought. Looks pretty sharp.

Have you considered posting in a Fabia forum?

Well, yes I did, but as our car is a Roomster, I thought it appropriate to post the question in the forum that I mainly read :)

After all I suppose the same grill will fit the Roomster as well, and maybe someone else from our peers have considered doing this modification.

Will take your advise and post on the Fabia forum, thank you very much. Actually would have posted the question directly in the Skoda community, but my knowledge in the German language isn't that good.

I think what he meant was the grill is the same as a Mk2 Fabia and there is going to be more of a respsonse from some of the people who normally post in there.

Don't worry about your english, it's far better than some of the "natives" who post on here

Thanks for the suggestions. Although the Milotec does look nice, it is not quite the one on the picture. I would like to keep the original Skoda emblem. Maybe the one I posted is simply painted, and the grill with the vertical "bar" part changed to the Milotec sport (mesh) type grille.

Yeah the top part is OE thats been sprayed to match the car and the bottom looks like Milotech.

No; the upper grille is mesh as well but the surround looks OE.

I'd start by simply painting ther OE chrome radiator grille and see what it looks like; has certainly been done on a number of Fabia I and Octavia I & II to good effect.

hmm, maybe, just maybe...
