How little

Featured Replies

I was having a hunt around a few car sites and came across this:

Vehicle Details

An 07 roomster with 17051 miles on it for £5999 and they had some newer ones for not much more with auto boxes too.

Now I know it's only a 1.4, but is it me or are these things ridiculously cheap second hand? How much is a new one these days

It just proves what a buyers market it is right now. The Roomster has not won too many beauty contests and demand is probably not as great as expected driving prices down even further..

All the better for those of us who know what a good car it has (secretly) proved to be.

Have been looking over the past few weeks as need to replace the other halfs comedy corsa, there is a local independant near us with 08 reg roomster3 in for £8400. Bargain but not sure what they will be worth in another 3 years, they seem to be taking a big hit on depreciation.

The depreciation is in line with whats right for this type of car.

Compare it to a similar spec Megane Scenic and you wont feel so bad about it.

We bought ours with a veiw to keeping it long term anyway, ours was 6months old and £5000 off list price :D
