Nice shots - pity they're not reds mind. We get loads of greys round here, and if I could get as close as that with my Canon, they'd be getting a different kind of shot altogether

They are still cute though, not their fault they are grey :( Might go down to the squirrel reserve in southport sometime, they have reds

I like rats too though, and most would say they are vermin too. I have had 3 pet ones and they are brilliant

You wouldn't pick one up in the middle of the street if you had the chance to, if you did i'd be worried.

They are still cute though. They poison them at the stables, and we found a newly dead one so I stroked it (in fairness I did have my mucking out rubber gloves on!) But it was no less cute just because it was a wild rat.
