Strange courtesy car

Featured Replies

When I took the Fabia in for an MOT / service at the beginning of the year I was given a Peugeot 206cc  :thumbdwn:

A couple of years ago I was doing some work in the Highlands and I hired a Land Rover Defender ... it broke down and it was taken to the LR dealer, and they said they'd arrange a courtesy car for me. I decided to check it was going to be a 4x4, they said "No, it's a Fiesta." I told them I really needed a 4x4, they assumed it was because I had a lot of luggage with me so they offered me a people carrier! I told them that wouldn't be suitable because of the terrain, and they said a people carrier should be ok if it's just an uneven track I'm using, and when I told them I wasn't going to be using a track of any kind they didn't have an answer ... I ended up postponing the work I was doing until I got the Defender back!
