I seen an 09 plate fabia on thursday and an 09 plate 4x4 on friday, cant remember what make it was though lol

They looked so nice and clean though reminded me of picking my previous cars up from the dealer brand spanking new

Yup, but can be driven on the roads before then providing you have trade plates AFAIK.

Of more concern I have the questionably pleasure of having most of the newspapers at work / home gratis. Today and yesterday papers are full of car adds with a lot of major space taken including Skoda. Is this another last throw of the dice for the industry?

Wife of a dealership manager works with me. Apparently there wasn't much metal going out on the 1st.

saw 2 09 plate transits at the local roadsweeper convention, and a few 09 plates at my mates audi dealership lol

Not seen any on the roads yet apart from seeing one on the news.

SWMBO spotted a couple at the local Skoda garage way back at the start of February!

I followed an '09 Insignia home last night from Hatfield to Luton, but that's the only one I've seen.

I was parked next to an 09 plate where I was working yesterday, I think Octy2 combi showed it up a bit as the 09 plate was really dirty.....but there again it was a black Carrera turbo:rolleyes:

None as yet, but we are only a few days into the month.

I've been out and about most of the day and haven't seen any.

Only seen 2 so far , a quite high spec Toyota Auris in our work car park , and a silver Fiesta Zetec S up by where my garage is...noticeably less than other years as I usually see a couple on the 1st but didnt see one till yesterday (3rd) this year! Might have been coz the 1st was a Sunday though.

My father picked up an 09 octy 2 vRS CR170 DSG from Horton's on Sunday, and he's coming down on Saturday and I'll get to have a go of it!

Bloody typical the first 09 plate vehicle i saw was a Range Rover Sport :finger:

Someone on my road has a new 09 Focus - I've also seen a 09 Honda SUV thing and a third unknown 09 plate car. I'm seeing 09 plates quicker than I saw the 58 plates when they came out.

All i need to see is the bike to complete the set.

Just a game i play when driving around when the new regs come out.

Done 1100miles so far this week.

Seen an 09 plate Yaris in our works car park. I know the woman who owns it too.

Followed a 09 Ford Kuga on Tuesday night, and an 09 Ford Mondeo today. I usually don't see them for weeks - surprised many people are buying new cars atm.

My neighbour came home in her 09 plate Mini One yesterday, very nice in dark metallic blue.
