Well managed to get round to giving the mx5 a quick polish, What the hell do they have in their rain in London:eek:, the paint felt like 100 grit sandpaper, anyway a good clay, polish, seal and wax brought some life back to what was pretty poor paint for a new car. Of course as it was a stock car the yts boy as been at it in the past with the dealers communal sponge so a good pc'ing will be in order at some point to remove the odd swirls and one or too very light scratches, all in all though not as bad as I was expecting and quite pleased with the results overall

Roadster...Generally a Japanese import, England never actually got the Roadster, I'm unsure about the rest of Europe.

As you know, the Japs. drive on the left, so some unscrupulous traders sell the Eunos' as MX5's, although the japanese cars were usually better specced, with air-con. as standard and 'leccy windows etc. And although some people say the imports are worth less because of less underseal etc, all cars, regardless of where they are going are/were built in either Nagasaki, or Hiroshima to the same quality.
