Simone's vRS 2009... ^_^

Featured Replies

I think the pictures are a little too big. :P I'd need a 42" plasma to get those pics on one screen. :D

Car is nice though.

Nice - just a damn shame they changed the steering wheel

lovely car, then you look at the steering sheel ..... wtf where the designers thinking :)

Engine bay has changed from the earlier TFSI's as well, intake is different etc so is this still a 2.0 or is it a 1.8???

Oh - it's got one of those funny manual gear levers as well

It is the newer chaindriven 2.0 TSI, since the interior facelifted VRS it is changed to this (newer) engine instead of the (old) TFSI.

Clever **** !

Lodigiani. Somewhere around Parma, right?

I would say ciao, but I'm not that good at Italian yet, though I fully understand everything I hear.

Very nice car. Great colour choice too :cool:. It really is a shame about the steering wheel, especially the view from the passenger side (can't remember which pic it is though). Nice wheels too, were they an OEM option?

Cheers

Nick

Nice car,

Am I the only one who actually likes the new steering wheel, its more chunky and will give a better feel of what the car is doing. It also now has enough space to mount the multi function buttons.

I actually find it ok. Almost nice, even. In any case, I like it better than the old vrs wheel.

Nice car - Like the alloys - not the steering wheel

Glad we now get the chain driven cams TSI but such a shame its not the 210ps motor

Nice car i test drove a vrs in white with lowered suspension before i bought mine and it looks cool, like the wheels too..

I thought the same when I got mine but mine is multi function blue tooth, phone book controls, radio controls, volume all in it and a wee bit fatter as well have to say its a nice wheel.
