Does anyone who has fitted a mk4 Golf arm rest have any solutions or suggestions to reducing/stopping the squeaking from the arm rest rubbing against leather seats?

Glue some felt or material to the sides of the plastic covering. Should stop it.

That's the sort of thing I was thinking of, going to experiment with some different materials first, starting with a big ski sock draped over and squeezed in between both sides [emoji28]
