Those are a steal (perhaps literally) at £350 if they're genuine and straight. They were a limited edition, produced last year IIRC and no longer sold.

Either that or they're reps. If you want CHs, proper ones, you'll find it extremely difficult finding them in a 5x100 17". I tried for years without success. You may find someone doing reps in the right size, but then you need to be sure the quality is there. And I wouldn't run an 18 on a Fabia, but maybe that's just me

That eBay link lists £28 for 4x 17" delivered Dave. A little less for 16s. They seem to have decent feedback, but might be worth doing a little research first

I priced up a new Scirocco . . . £24,895. Sorted a payment plan and then went off for a think!

Ive decided now isnt the right time for me to be going into debt like that! For a start, i dont even like my job, which just makes seeing whats around the corner (as in actually receiving a pay cheque at the end of the month) just that touch harder.

I then decided id not mod the Fabia, take what mods ive done off and free up abit of cash.

I then decided "F**k it!" and ive ordered Coilovers!

I did exactly the same thing.

Was looking to get a mk5 TDi 4Motion, decided I couldnt afford it and then bought a set of coilys for £500, and some exaust pipe to de-cat and take out the backbox, and ive bought some wire to put the battery in the boot, and some steel plate for the same reason, and some more polish and a set of 4 tyres, and looking at W/I + big fat hairy turbo (maby not hairy).

So maby the golf would have saved me some money! (although, that would have been modded).

Gonna sell that grill i posted before - Just ordered a Mattig grill! Thats another £80 easily spent, might have to wait till next month for some mods!

Coilovers are here . . . Too bad i cant hold a spanner! They'll have to wait! :(

Which coilovers did you end up with? I still can't decide on which I'll get, probably Weitecs, so stick a mini review up when you get them fitted if you don't mind.

I'll mention what they're like when they're on . . . could be this weekend!?! Just waiting on a mate to get back to me on whether he can fit them or not!
