Camber is way out on the measurement data you posted. This has to be the reason these bushes have effect, right? What are the possible drawbacks from using them?

"Way out" is a bit exagerative.

It's still within Skoda specifications which is 30 minutes either way of -0.30 degrees (remembering that there's 60 minutes in a degree)

I believe the technician set the anti-lift/caster adjust bushes to reduce pulling to the left which on the test drive proved correct.
