very nice mate. Race blue looks really good when its been polished and waxed.

Looks good, not seen one with parking sensors on the front before.

Came up an absolute treat. Very nice. If had not been able to get a white one when I bought mine race blue was my next choice.

PS. How do you find the Custom Code remap. I have not heard anything about how it goes with the 2.0 TFSI (down here in Australia that is).

Cheers

Might have prevented the damage caused to the unfortunate Octavian who manoeuvred into that pheasant on the other thread?

Can you list the products you used and the procedure ?

Looks fantastic

Washed with Auto Glym car shampoo with waffle mitt. Green lid can't remember name.

Dryed with Autio Glym fake leather chamois.

Clayed with Meguires Clay.

Polished with Auto Glym for dark coulours, black label. Megs aplicater used and buffed off with Costco microfibre cloth.

Waxed with Meguires Gold Class hard wax. Megs aplicator used and again buffed off with Costco microfibre cloth.

Custom code has been great and the service i got from the folk that did it was second to none.

You'd have thought the pheasant would have seen the yellow bullet heading its way, wouldn't you really...Nice job on the race blue - might have a go with mine.

Very nice, nearly as nice as black magic

No not nearly as nice much nicer!!

My old car was Black magic and altho it looked nice when clean it didn't last long, living in the middle of no where does have its down sides.

Wish mine estate would be so clean and shiny!

Great work :)

Thanks for that mate, will have to look into it then as we have a dealer here in Australia.

Nice to see a fellow Octavia owner with front parking sensor, I also have a 56 plate race blue vrs with sensors all round, shame you don't have the zenon's as well but it looks mint.

Looks great!

Didn't even know front sensors were an option that early on, so there you go :)

Wasn't fussed about having the front sensors it was a case of the right money for a very low milage car so i snapped it up. Don't get many of them for sale up here so not the same choice.

Don't mind not having Zenons as the lights are pretty good anyway.

Looks very nice, best colour too.

nice clean job welcoem along.

looks very nice and shiny, welcome to the blue club :D
